HERBAL DISTILATION

Vacuum distillation or distillation under reduced pressure is a type of distillation performed under reduced pressure, which allows the purification of compounds not readily distilled at ambient pressures or simply to save time or energy. This technique separates compounds based on differences in their boiling points.

ESSENTIAL OIL MANUFACTURING PLANT

Distillation is the most common method used in the production of essential oils. The process of extracting essential oils from plants involves distillation, expression, and solvent extraction. Distillation is the most common method used in the production of essential oils. It involves heating the plant material to release the oil, which is then condensed and collected. Our essential oils are used in a wide range of industries including perfumery, aromatherapy, and cosmetics.

HERBAL EXTRACTION PLANT

  • The principle behind Herbal Extraction Process :  The goal is to use a liquid (solvent) to dissolve (solvate) a target molecule or group of compounds (solute) and to wash them out of the solid plant material. The solvent is then separated from the solute in order to concentrate the solute

HERBAL DEHYDRATION AND POWDER PLANT

Heat, low humidity, and air movement are needed to dry herbs. Some methods include air-drying, dehydrator drying, and microwave drying. This method is a combination of two methods (i) osmosis; and (ii) drying processes such as solar drying, vacuum drying, freeze drying, cabinet drying etc. The sugar syrup protects the colour and flavour during osmotic dehydration. Also the final product retains a large percentage of flavour volatiles of fresh Herbs etc.

HERBAL SOAP AND SHAMPOO MANUFACTURING PLANT

The manufacturing process of soaps consists of the following different methods. The most common method used to make soaps is known as saponification. A greater number of fats and oils get heated up and are then mixed into a liquid alkali for producing soap and water and glycerin.

HERBAL SPRAY DRYING PLANT

Spray dryers for herbal extract are specialized machines that are used to transform liquid herbal extracts into dry, easily-stored powder forms. The spray drying process involves spraying a liquid herbal extract into a hot gas stream, which causes the liquid to evaporate rapidly and leaves behind a dry powder.

HERBAL TABLET, CAPSULE AND SYRUP MANUFACTURING PLANT

TABLET & CAPSULE: Direct compression is the current method of choice for tablet manufacturing. Generally, a tablet containing less than 50 mg of the active substance can be prepared by the direct compression method. Higher amounts of drug content in a tablet require manufacture by the wet granulation method.

SYRUP: The sugar and water are filled into the vessel with a vacuum system. It is then mixed well with a high-speed stirrer and electrical heating. The sugar syrup is produced at the required heat and then transported by vacuum or through a transfer pump to the manufacturing vessel.

COSMETIC MANUFACTURING PLANT

We offer turnkey solution for Cosmetic Manufacturing Plant including designing of all  operational equipment   involved in the production, processing, compounding, formulating, filling, refining, transforming, packing, packaging, repackaging and labelling of the cosmetics peoducts.

ointment MANUFACTURING PLANT

Ointment manufacturing plants comprise a set of Ointment Cream Manufacturing Machines and appliances specifically drafted to produce ointment, salves, balms, lubricants, creams, lotions, etc. These manufacturing units consist of tools, and technology needed for the manufacturing of these products.

SOLVENT EXTRACTION & RECOVERY PLANT

The Solvent Extraction plant extracts the majority of the oil from the prepared raw material using the counter-current flow of miscella at specified operating temperature for a predefined extraction time frame. Miscella feed flow rate design and specially designed wedge wire screen enable optimum oil recovery.

FRAGRANCE AND AROMA PLANT

Plants with a nice scent or aroma are known as aromatic plants. They are frequently employed in herbal medicine, cooking, and aromatherapy. What are some common types of aromatic fragrant plants? Lavender, rosemary, thyme, mint, basil, and jasmine are a few common examples of aromatic fragrant plants.

GULUCOSE MANUFACTURING PLANT

Glucose manufacturing plant used are various size glucose syrup production tanks (mixing tank, liquefaction tank, saccharification tank, de-coloration tank), jet cooker, filter press, ion exchange column and evaporator.

FREEZ DRYING PLANTS

Freeze drying is a drying process that involves crystallizing the solvent or suspension medium at low temperatures and then subliming it directly into the vapor phase. This method is used to produce stable substances that remain unchanged after reconstitution with water.

FROZEN FOOD PROCESSING AND PACKAGING PLANT

The freezing process involves three stages; pre-treatment, freezing, and frozen storage. Depending on the foods being frozen, the pre-treatment may involve processes such as blanching, heat treatments, dipping treatments, and cryoprotection etc.

FRUIT PULP AND JUICE MANUFACTURING PLANT

Fruit pulp production line equipment   normally are for reception, weighing, pre-selection, washing and sanitization, pulping, packaging and freezing etc.

FRUIT AND VEGETABLE DEHYDRATION PLANT

Atmospheric forced-air driers artificially dry fruits and vegetables by passing heated air with controlled relative humidity over the food to be dried, or by passing the food to be dried through the heated air, and is the most widely used method of fruit and vegetable dehydration

GINGER AND GARLIC PAST MAKING PLANT

The Garlic Ginger Paste Processing Plant is made of high-quality stainless steel and is designed to withstand the rigors of continuous use. The plant is equipped with advanced technology and features, such as precision cutting, grinding, and mixing, to ensure the highest quality of garlic ginger paste.

DAIRY PROCESSING PLANT

Milk process equipment are for filtration, weighing and clarification, pasteurization, homogenization, cream separation, butter making, butter settling, ghee making, concentrated milk system, powder making system, cheese making line, storage and packaging etc

SPRAY DRYER

A spray dryer takes a liquid stream and separates the solute or suspension as a solid and the solvent into a vapor. The solid is usually collected in a drum or cyclone. The liquid input stream is sprayed through a nozzle into a hot vapor stream and vaporized. Solids form as moisture quickly leaves the droplets.

FREEZE DRYER

Freeze Drying (Lyophilization) is a process whereby a product is dried under low temperature and vacuum. The water in the sample is first frozen to a solid and then removed directly by turning the ice into vapor. This is done under vacuum and without having to pass through the liquid phase.
